Gymnastics

Our gymnastics club offers children from P1 to P7 a fun and supportive environment to explore gymnastics after school. The programme is designed for all levels, focusing on balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination, allowing each child to progress at their own pace. We emphasise safety, skill-building, and enjoyment, fostering a sense of confidence and discipline along the way.

Our Infants group introduces basic skills like rolls, jumps, and introductory balance work, using fun exercises and games that keep them engaged. Children from P3 to P7 work on more advanced movements such as cartwheels, handstands, and basic tumbling techniques in a structured yet enjoyable setting. Classes are designed to suit both beginners and those with prior experience.

All sessions are led by Xxxxxxx and Xxxxx, experienced coaches from Pentland Gymnastics, who prioritise both skill development and a positive attitude toward exercise. Each week, children can explore various gymnastics techniques, with options for mini routines to showcase their skills.

Our goal is to help kids build fitness, self-confidence, and have fun through the art of gymnastics!

Where

Gym hall in the main building. Children will leave via the door next to the bike shelter.
